I used MS circle punch for the base- cut at 12 inches and Cricut Ribbons & Rosettes cartridge for the rosettes-double loop image cut at 4 inches. Embellished with rhinestones and ribbon. Hard to tell from the picture but the tag was embossed using Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folder. Numbers and letters were printed from my computer on white card stock. I also used Crafter Companion Glitter spray on the yellow paper.

Circus Gift Bags
A family member asked me to make two monogrammed gift bags for a circus themed birthday party she was attending. The gifts were for two girls age 1 and 3. Here's what I came up with.
