My niece wanted a mustache themed party for her 12th Birthday. This turned out to be more fun that I thought. I enjoyed making decorations and was so glad that she and everyone else enjoyed it!
First, I downloaded and cut some mustache images using MTC software and my eCraft. I cut all different sizes to use for favors, invitations, and decorations.
Invitations were very simple. Used Spellbinders Nestabilities, Grand Labels die cut. Sprayed the purple background paper with Crafter's Companion Spray & Sprakle. The multicolor spray looks great on darker shades of paper. What 12 year old girl doesn't love a little sparkle?
I wanted to use balloons for the centerpieces but knew it would be windy so I came up with this guy. I secured the balloon with foam tape inside the edges of the pot. I used washi tape for the trim and the bow tie was cut out from a free download from SVG cuts.
My nieces helped the night before the party with making treat bags and white chocolate dipped Golden Oreo's.
Found a great website to make this poster. www.keepcalm-o-matic.co.uk
Treat table is always popular!
My first time putting together a photo booth and it was a hit. The vintage oval frames were perfect for the occasion.
All in all it was a fun day! Can't wait for the next party.
